our classes are designed for total beginners. We start with basic movement drills (shrimping, bridging, break-falls) and build upward at your pace.

- Currently, a Kids Fundamentals Crash Course is running from August 8 to August 21.

What should I wear to my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt & track pants) are fine for your trial. Once you enroll, you can train in a proper BJJ gi (we’ll guide you on brands and fit).
